30 years of expertise in sealing technology
On its 30th anniversary in 2018, the company changed its business form and became Kofler - Dichtungen GmbH.
In the course of this, the two sons Fabian and Florian now also put their hands on the wheel and have been managing directors since 2019, together with Gernot.

Originally focused on solving specific problems, Kofler - Dichtungen has evolved over the years into a trusted partner in the sealing industry. From trading finished products to manufacturing standard profiles and flat gaskets, and developing high-tech seals for the most demanding requirements, nearly every customer need is met. Alongside an extensive inventory of high-quality standard seals, Kofler - Dichtungen also manufactures high-tech seals. The seals produced with CNC technology utilize not only the latest geometries but also state-of-the-art materials such as polyurethanes, NBR, Viton, EPDM, silicone, both pure and filled PTFE, high-temperature NBR, low-temperature PU, and Viton, PU, and EPDM with FDA certification, etc. (Special materials like Kalrez, PEEK, Aflas, etc., are available upon request!)
Our understanding of quality
We start each production with the aim of achieving a long service life for the seal. "If the planning is right, the product is right," is our credo. After detailed analysis, the raw material and semi-finished product is selected. We have been sourcing these from Austrian suppliers for many years. Nevertheless, additional, strict quality control is not dispensed with.
Well-trained CNC experts then process the semi-finished product, after which quality assurance is carried out again. Once the seal has been released, it leaves our company neatly packaged and accurately labelled en route to the customer.
Kofler - Dichtungen manufactures tailor-made seals, taking into account the area of application and external influences such as temperature, pressure media, and other relevant influences.
Kofler - Dichtungen Sealing Service
Kofler - Dichtungen manufactures your custom seal swiftly. Thanks to our mold-independent production process, we can create seals ranging from an inner diameter of 1 mm (0,039 in) to large seals with an outer diameter of 2,500 mm (98,42 in) in the shortest possible timeframe.
In coordination with our customers and based on the application area and required raw materials, we select suitable profiles. This enables us to respond quickly and flexibly to any needs and urgent issues.
Our Sealing Service includes the fabrication of your custom seal promptly. Depending on the seal and your location, we can deliver in a short time.
