High-Temperature O-Rings for Hot Runner Systems
For heated mold inserts, we supply O-rings made of Viton® (FKM) or FFKM. These materials are engineered to withstand continuous thermal loads exceeding +200°C and offer superior chemical resistance against modern release agents and industrial cleaners.

- FKM / Viton®: Offers excellent resistance against aggressive cooling lubricants (KSS) and synthetic hydraulic oils.
- PTFE (Teflon®) with Fillers: Minimal friction coefficients prevent the stick-slip effect during precision positioning movements – ideal for linear technology.
- High-Performance PU (H-PU): Features exceptional tear strength and hydrolysis resistance, making it perfect for contact with water-mixed KSS emulsions. We also carry special PU compounds with integrated solid lubricants to maximize sliding properties and minimize wear.
- Klinger®: For the leak-free sealing of cooling circuits, we rely on premium brand technologies like Klingersil®. These materials offer maximum creep resistance in temperature control units.
